Do It: Women, opportunities, paths, future, home

The AEF project "Do It: Women, Opportunities, Paths, Future, Home" specifically combines the promotion of women with migration experience with the development of rural areas in the Black Forest region around Hornberg, the Kinzig Valley and Ortenau as part of the strategy to secure skilled labour.

The aim is to mobilise women through an activating and outreach intercultural and migration-emphatic approach and support. This includes the involvement of migrant organisations, daycare centres and schools as well as the use of the AEF's existing networks with SMEs and labour market players.

The aim is for migrant women to recognise the opportunities available to them on the regional labour market in order to develop and achieve secure future prospects for themselves and their families.
