About us
The AEF- Spanische Weiterbildungsakademie e.V. (AEF) is a state-recognised institution of further education that was founded in 1984 by Spanish emigrants and has been committed to intercultural coexistence and integration in Germany ever since. The AEF has its headquarters in Bonn, a course centre in Hornberg, a course centre in Nuremberg and a course centre in Troisdorf with integration projects and integration courses.
In view of the latest developments in the labour market of professional mobility and demographic change, our aim is more topical than ever to develop a mature concept for common growth within Europe and a must for success both in professional life and in society.
In this regard, the AEF is working on the following topics
- Language courses and integration of migrants
- Support for professional mobility
- adult education
- Education for senior citizens
- Youth work, support and integration of migrant family children
- Educational success of migrant children
- Promotion of multilingualism as a key to the success of migrants
- Promotion of migrant organisations and founding/management of associations
